“The room was dirty. It appeared that it hadn't been swept, a hole in the wall that was not repaired and the TV didn't work. When we brought up the room concerns to the staff they stated that it hadn't been touched for two days. However, there were black hairs in the sink and the bathtub/shower and black hairs not only on top of the bed but also made up in the bed. It appeared that the bed may have been slept in and the sheet had not been changed. There were stains on the bed cover that were unrecognizable.”
“Pretty good Inn, genuinely. Staff was very friendly and nice. The room itself was very cozy. Ours came with a small mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker. I think the only con is they do not give you a lot of shampoo/conditioner, but you can always ask for more if needed. We didn’t- but highly recommend asking for extras if you’re more than 1 person. We left at around 9:30a for disneyland which is about a 15-20 minute walk and came back to a clean room with the bed made and new towels. Others complained about the AC but ours worked pretty fine. I’d say the only con was that the floors were dirty so we had to walk around with our shoes on, but i mean aside from that, it was a really cool place. We would 100% stay here again if needed.”
